20 Ways To Cook With Lemongrass (1)

Lemongrass is a staple ingredient in most Southeast Asian countries: Vietnamese, Thai, Lao, Sri Lankan, and Cambodian cuisines all feature lemongrass frequently in curries, marinades and soups. As its name suggests, it adds a beautiful, refreshing citrus-y quality to many dishes.

Don't be intimidated by lemongrass - while it may not look like the leafier, green herbs you're more accustomed to working with, it's still easy to use and adds such a unique flavour to your cooking!

Fresh lemongrass is not hard to find - most grocery stores carry it in the produce section - and this collection of 20 lemongrass recipes is just packed with flavour and freshness.

If you want more information on how to use lemongrass, how to prepare it, and even how to grow it, check out this instalment of our Spice Box series: Getting to Know Lemongrass.
