I’m a huge fan of one pan skillet meals! Not only are they super easy to make, but they also tend to be budget-friendly and healthy as well.
And can we also acknowledge the fact that cleanup is a breeze thanks to everything being made in just one skillet on the stovetop?
Basically, they are my go-to for dinners, especially on busy days.
Side note: I started using a cast iron skillet several years ago and loveit!So much better and healthier than non-stick! I highly recommend them.

So I’m a college kid, and super happy to have found these because my roommates and I plan on making dinners that we will have leftovers for a few dinners and such that will last! We can’t wait to try these!!

Thank God for these recipes. I’m a single mom with two teens and trying to feed us healthy and save money plus teach them to cook! I know they will like these. I always have lots of veggies, lentils and beans on hand
