These AMAZING Low Carb Garlic Cheddar Biscuits will remind you of the famous Cheddar Bay Biscuits that so many of us remember over-indulging in back in the days of unhealthy eating. Now you can finally have all of those amazing flavors while not sabotaging your healthy eating habits!
It’s really that simple. You don’t need any complicated equipment, supplies or instructions(I do STRONLY recommend usingstoneware or cast iron muffin pansto avoid toxic metals & coatings from leaching into your biscuits) They really do taste as good as they look… OH! and they are NUT FREE and LOW CARB!
Grain Free Garlic & Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1/3 cup Coconut Flour
- 1/4 cup Ghee butter or coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder (aluminim free)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400
Lightly grease your muffin pan
In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well
Divide batter between 6 muffins
Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes, or until tops are lightly browned
Gently remove from muffin pan and transfer to a cooling rack
Enjoy warm or room temperature
Notes
You can baste the biscuits with additional butter or ghee, if desired.

There is a total of 1 & 1/4 cups of liquid in this recipe which is perfect.

This recipe looks delicious! I have a coconut allergy so I am unable to use coconut flour. Have you tried this recipe with anything else? Almond flour, arrowroot and tapioca are what I use typically, but I know they are not always an exact match for amounts used. Thank you!

Jules – I vary the ingredients in my recipes, unfortunately this one contains coconut. I have many other recipes that do not.
