Reishi Mushroom has a history of more than 5,000 years of consumption in China. It is known as the "immortal grass, the king of herbs". The folk legend of Lingzhi, "Bai Suzhen stole the immortal grass to save Xu Xian and brought him back to life", shows the magical effect of Lingzhi. The study found that: According to the results in Table 4, sample No. 2 was stronger than sample No. 1. There was a dose-effect relationship and it was dose-dependent. Higher concentrations of GLSP inhibited LPS-induced NO release. The results in Table 5 show that the direct effects of GLSP1 and GLSP2 on mouse peritoneal PM can promote the ability of macrophages to phagocytize neutral red. However, as the concentration of GLSP increased, its dose-dependent effect on the phagocytic function of mouse peritoneal macrophages decreased, and the effect of test sample 2 was stronger than that of test sample 1.

The study found that the effect of broken wall Reishi mushroom extract spore powder on the subthreshold dose sleep rate of rats was 88.9% in the positive control group, which was significantly different from the normal control group; there were statistically significant differences between the low, medium and high dose groups of Reishi mushroom extract spore powder and the normal control group.

The study found that, as shown in Table 2, compared with the control group, the wet weight/dry weight of lung tissue of rats in the model group was significantly increased; compared with the model group, the wet weight/dry weight of lung tissue of rats in the Reishi mushroom extract polysaccharide group was significantly decreased, showing a dose-related relationship. As shown in Table 2, compared with the control group, the p(O2) of rats in the model group was significantly decreased, and the p(CO2) was significantly increased; compared with the model group, the p(O2) of rats in the Reishi mushroom extract polysaccharide group was significantly increased, and the p(CO2) was significantly decreased, showing a dose-related relationship.
