Making the brew

You’ll need…

  • 3 liter glass jar (to make two 1 1/2L bottles)
  • 2 fresh lemons
  • medium size cut of fresh ginger (more or less, depending on how strong or weak you like the ginger flavor)
  • 3 large Tbsp of unprocessed organic raw honey
  • 3 liters purified water
  1. In a large pot bring purified water to “hot” but not boiling level
  2. In the 3 liter jar add fresh squeezed lemon with pulp
  3. Add thinly sliced fresh ginger
  4. Add raw unprocessed organic honey (add more if you like it sweeter)
  5. Add water to jar, cover and leave it out overnight to get all the properties
  6. In the morning, strain & place the tea in two 1 1/2Lt. bottles and store in refrigerator.
  7. Add a thin slice of lemon wedge when serving with a few ice cubes on a very hot day.
