Whether you are looking for a quick bite to go or a full sit-down dining experience, Eater has listed out all of the options for you, including a few recommendations. Have a look and find some places to get your grub on so you can avoid airline food when you take to the skies.

O'Hare's Seven Standouts

Where to Eat at O'Hare International Airport (ORD) (2)1) Tortas Frontera: Rick Bayless' outstanding modern Mexican cuisine will make your flight delay a little more bearable. The main features are the griddle-baked tortas filled with meats such as chipotle chicken, beer-braised beef short ribs and pork chorizo. Also enjoy molletes, soups and salads and a guacamole bar. [Terminals 1 and 3, Gates B10 and K3]

Where to Eat at O'Hare International Airport (ORD) (3)2) Wicker Park Sushi Bar: Bringing a more refined dining experience to the airport, this 104-seat restaurant with sushi bar gives travelers the option of enjoying nigiri, sashimi, maki and specialty rolls like the Wicker Park tidal wave, the banana roll for dessert and the special veggie roll. Bonus: they serve sake, shochu, have a full bar and also have a quick sushi takeaway counter. [Terminal 2]

The full menu includes courses like pastas, rotisserie chicken, ribeye steak and pan-seared salmon as well as Puck’s signature four-cheese pizza and Chinois chicken salad. (Terminal 1, Gate B7; Terminal 3, Gates K1, K12)
