Dumpling Week is back.

The Oregonian/OregonLive's fourth-annual celebration of all things dumpling returns from Feb. 4-10 this year more restaurants than ever making special dumplings, all for $10 or less.

Here's how it works: Go to www.DumplingWeek.com to download your dumpling week passport. At each participating restaurant, collect a unique sticker with each dumpling purchase. For each sticker collected, participants will be entered for a chance to win a $25 gift card (up to ten winners).
