Hi friends! We were lucky this year to have an abundance of apples from our apple trees. Based on how many apples we have this year, I have been researching and testing dozens of recipes (including some of my own). Today, I am sharing what I believe to be some of the Best Apple Recipes for Fall.
Ourtrees (shown here) are not as mature as so many of our neighbor’s trees, so we are overwhelmed with the number of apples here on our street. Our sweet neighbor’s beg us to take as many apples as we can carry so this post is partly for them!
Typically, apples are used for dessert but there are so also many great ways to use apples for breakfast, lunch, salads, and entrees. Based on that, I am sharing recipes for all times of the day!

The combination of apples, rosemary, and cheese are divine which is why this one is a go-to for me. If you don’t have the time to make the focaccia from scratch, you can easily use a pre-made flatbread or focaccia. I have also used pears instead of apples for this and ALWAYS use fresh rosemary from my garden.

I used my own sage, rosemary, and thyme from my garden (shown here). 
If you are interested in keeping your kiddos home for dinner (mine are teenagers so they are gone so much!), pop these biscuits and in the oven and, rest assured, they will stay home for dinner! The combination of the apple, bacon, cheese, and rosemary really put these biscuits over the top!
